Sean started roofing 20 years ago and since that time has worked in nearly every facet of the roofing industry from manufacturing and installation, to small and large scale project management, and sales. Since taking over the company in 2014, he has dedicated himself to developing JRC into the premier roofing company in the area. Sean’s goal is to provide the best quality construction and exceptional service to each and every one of our customers.
Office Manager
Melissa has brought a wide array of knowledge and experience to Jeremy Rhodes Construction. After taking some time off to expand her family she returned in 2022 to take over the management of the office. She is our point of contact for scheduling appointments, along with payables, receivables and payroll. Without Melissa behind the scenes none of this would be possible.
Administrative Assistant
Laura joined the team in September 2024 and brings extensive administrative experience. A California native, she has served as an Administrative Assistant and held clerical roles at various government agencies. She also has hands-on experience in building and enjoys collaborating with tradespeople. In her current role, Laura is the primary contact for scheduling appointments, manages payables, and supports daily office operations.
